lets get into the deeper part of kancheepuram and explore their cuisine. this made me remember when i asked my mom "kaancheepuram landhu vangitu vandhingala"...
haha,it wasnt brought from kancheepuram but brought from their cuisine and rocking the variety of idlies in india.
this was kancheepuram idly from hotel alankar, vellore. here they serve it in different shape(thattu shape) and not the usual tumbler shapes, garnished with ghee, coriander and cashew🍛. costs only rs.30/- served in the evening from 6.00 pm.
this is situated next to the old bus stand, vellore.
