terrible. not only did my waitress lie straight to my face about how she put the order in for me because clearly my meat was not medium. then she continued to give me attitude and asked my family if they wanted refills and completely ignored me and walked away. let's just say after they finally got my food right, it didn't taste good at all. i will never recommend this restaurant to anyone and will never return again.

the better butter burger is the best burger i have ever had. good food and drinks. indoor and outdoor covered patio seating. close to uw milwaukee campus.

food is ok... service is lacking as of late.. it seems the last couple times i've been here the waiters have something up there a$$. i don't know if they are over worked or what but they don't smile, extremely short, rude and seem like i'm doing them a disservice by eating at their establishment. its been this way the last year, don't know what's going on... food has remained good but that means nothing when you have a bad experience. get it together.

hooli-burger!. i'm a sucker for burgers and this place has one of the best. the fries are a nice compliment. i've only dined at there outdoor patio section. (will probably change in these upcoming cold months) but it's a nice little place. i've walked inside and has a great atmosphere. the waitstaff has always been friendly.

horrible service. saltiest fish fry i have ever eaten. potato pancake was not appetizing either. didn't even take my left overs home. pretty disappointed.

burgers. great place to grab a typically quick burger with friends from out of town to experience the eastside of mke.

price is ok considering....

drinks. we just visited hooligan's for drinks, but we had a great experience. there was a diverse selection and a number of delicious nightly specials. each table has a bowl of home-made popcorn for munching, and the atmosphere was cozy. our waiter was very on-point.

the tables around us were ordering food, and it all looked delicious! we definitely want to come back and try the food too.

best burgers you'll ever have. nuff said. great bar to hang out at over lunch on a weekend. awesome food to put it mildly for a bar.
