great local tavern. the family and i have been to this local family tavern and have not been disappointed. the service is quick, friendly, and constantly improving. the management takes time to get to you even if it is your first or fiftieth visit. kevin, billy, and aaron are great people and truly care about your experience at hooligan's. we even hosted our team banquet there a few months back and every family said that they would be returning.
as for the food, we have enjoyed each experience...as the wife and i have ordered something different each time. i absolutely reccommend every flavor of wings (especially the loco fox, bourbon and tequila lime). they are not overbreaded like the chain restraunts or bars, but are perfectly cooked each time. also, if you are a beer connoisseur...this is your place. the variety and range of beers available (both bottled and on tap) are well selected and offer a choice for every palate.
we even decided to stay closer to alpharetta as we pass through atlanta on our way back home over the holidays so we can drop in.
