great burger. i'm not quite ready to anoint this as the best burger in town, but it sure comes close. definitely top three. i like how the burger comes with grilled onions. i ordered mine with gruyere cheese at that combo was terrific. the burger was cooked exactly as i expected it. medium = no red, some pink in the middle. for me, that's a perfect medium for a gourmet type burger.
the wait time if you go during the heart of lunch hour can be as much as 15 or 20 minutes so keep that in mind. i'd try phone ordering, but i prefer getting my burger hot off the grill so i'm willing to wait. overall, the quality of the beef was excellent. i didn't read anything about the beef until after i ate. that when i found out about the beef coming from locally raised cows on the big island. kudos for that.
