better fritters than top pot!. i am a donut snob. that said, these are the tastiest apple fritters that i have ever eaten. i can't believe i'm saying this about a donut, but the dough portion is actually light and airy, and somehow the fresh apples seem to "float" in the dough.
i've also purchased a few loaves of their homemade bread, and it's excellent for sandwiches and toast.

(after picking up your fritter, you can turn the corner and practically be at the drive through of cafe lladro's location! that is a perfect saturday morning for me!)
