high spirits pub and grill

everything is good about this place, ambience, service, prices but didn't liked the most common thing which is food. the taste can be alot better and the menu options are very ordinary. i feel there should be more things to include in the menu for food also.

if you zoom in to the photos posted you can clearly see a huge rat at the dining area, on somebody's table/seat. there were rats at the dining area. like an actual big enough rat jumping on a table next to me where there was also food. the couple sitting there had gone inside to dance so the seat was empty, but i saw it. and also took photographs of it. i'm pretty sure there must be rats in their kitchen as well if there are rats boiling out in the dining area. when i asked the manager, he said 'yes, we know, since there's van vihar close by, rats do come' to which i replied 'lol no they can't, you're serving food here this is a health code violation'. they were rude about it and said sorry only to make me pay my bill and leave. which i did! but still i don't think anyone should go there till they have some sort of assurance you won't get a free crocodile creeping in since it's 'right next to van vihar' or get rabies because they aren't clean.

best place to enjoy lakeview with good food and drinks. food is good. non-veg food is great. service is very good. ambience is excellent. the rooftop seating has both indoor and outdoor seating.

best place out there to enjoy the food along with the famous lake view of bhopal. located at one of the most visited locations of bhopal this restaurant serves both veg and non veg food. alcohol is also available.
on the roof top high spirits which is heavenly place to enjoy drinks on the top while seated facing to lake.

they have kept the food menu limited from the main menu of restaurant. but that's fine.

it's not new it's old.. the more i visit this place the more i fall in love with this place because i feel peace at this place...and you know what the soney p suhaga wala factor is the view of the main center of attraction of our city of lakes is ....yeah the lake view... i don't want to say much about this place because i'm already in love with this place... because of the peace which you find here, the good taste and the drinks itself..what i tried for my high spirit lane was ...the chilly chicken pizza with the cocktails cuba libre and screw driver.

the name is well justified!
the rooftop restaurant with seating both inside and outside is a perfect place to be with friends to enjoy a lovely evening.
the lake view from the rooftop is just an icing to the cake.
food is just perfect in taste and one would not mind a bit late of service in that environment. the interiors and the semi shade covering is quite nicely done and is ambiently lit.
enjoyment advice
- go for a beer tanker if you are with a group of friends.
- do try non-veg platter, pepper chicken and chicken lollipop. you will not regret any of it. pepper chicken with gravy and the 8 piece chicken lollipop plate with a dip are just bingo for spicy food lovers.
- sit outside and just enjoy with yourself and company.
for cricket lovers, they also feature the ipl matches on a big screen.
according to me the price is reasonable. (the menu images on zomato needs an update)
this place is definitely a must visit. enjoy!

1. had a non-veg platter, a plate of chilli chicken and some black & white.
2. liquor is priced very reasonably, especially the premium liquor section.
3. food taste is good.
4. platters are value for money.
5. service is moderately fast.
6. should ideally try to decrease the prices of food items a bit.
7. brilliant location on the 4th floor with an open terrace opposite the upper lake.

this place is solely for those who are looking for a perfect place to get some freshly brewed beer, ambience is great! moderately priced! great view of the lake! give it a go!

good range of spirits. perfect hangout place with the lake right behind you. food is tasty. telecast live match so a plus point. and lightning is nice.

good place to sit and chill at the rooftop but hygiene is a problem... washroom flush doesn't work and it stinks.

well defined place for dinning with your friends and family.

the place is good. i liked the ambience and food very much. it is place in a small city. i always visit the place whenever i go to bhopal. there are many cafes and restaurant but this is one of my favourite and beat restaurants. have ordered veg platter with sangria. have enjoyed food a lot.
