this place is always busy, good sign right?
had brunch here on sunday and it was delicious. the menu is quite refined so you don't have too much choice, you will see the usual's - pancakes, waffles, eggs benedict, full irish etc.
i got the eggs benedict and it came with ham, you can upgrade your option to bacon also. i really enjoyed the ham, it had a smoky flavour to it. there wasn't too much hollandaise sauce too so i could taste my food. my brunch partner got the waffles with clotted cream - yum! price wise it was ok, standard prices and ok sizes.
we sat outside and they had heaters and blankets which was nice as it was a cool day.
i would recommended herbstreet for brunch but expect to wait to be seated. we had a 30 minute wait so popped next door for a coffee until we got the call.
