totally average. the burger was ok. the cheese fries soggy. the onion rings are not even real onion rings. nice waitstaff and interesting vibe, but we'll skip it next time. more hell than kitchen unfortunately....

cool scene. decent to good pub grub. awesome, funky decor. very quick service. i cannot say enough about the super-friendly staff. all around cool place! would definitely go back if ever i found myself in newark again.

purgatory's kitchen. above average chicken fingers, lousy pizza. the beer is whatever. cool scene.

for me, this is the place to go in newark. great food, delicious drinks, and fabulous atmosphere. what else can you ask for? how about burlesque nights, live bands, and a double decker bus outside with a dj and upper deck vip lounge. do yourself a favor and check this place out.
