first of all i was craving to go to this place because of the hype and the review/ratings i saw in zomato but to be honest it was an utter disappointment for the price i had paid and the quantity as well. first they said that a few flavours were not available which was understandable because of the new year crowd and sales, however we had ordered eiffel tower(signature dish) and hagen dasz çrunche. the signature dish was not that great except for the brownie and the presentation, the tower which was made of chocolate was so bad that i couldn't eat it at all and the çrunch had bad quality cream added or something and wasn't great either. and the best part was that they included service charges as well in the bill which was weird considering the fact that nothing was good.

portion serving size is horrible. it’s only 3 spoons you can’t even call it a scoop. i could literally see the cold hearted person who packed it and sent it to me. bloody nuts never coming back. zomato discounts = quantity discount.

very poor packaging for an upmarket brand--sent half melted, no dry ice in flimsy paper bag!

quantity is very less. not worth it at all. images are misleading and make it look like a large scoop.

the ice cream came completely melted like water. they forgot to put the dry ice. also they had forgot to put chocolate sauce on the previous order.

very disappointing!

loved the taste was sooo uniqe and rich and creamy what not loved it to every bits taste so good... they are so many ice creams i have tried but none is even near to this .this is that good lovely yummy

live the ice cream the flavours are so rich and enhance the whole experience of tasting the ice cream to another level ... rich creamy and original taste .. must try,also the packaging is to mention they come with dry ice so its far secured

the ice cream stole our hearts because it looked so good and tempting deep into raspberry flavour .it melted into the mouth and a complete worth purchasing it waiting to try next flavour good experience

the ice cream i recently ordered was so good . it melted in mouth within seconds . so moist so rich in flavour. i tried this flavor for the first time and it's worth ordering again and again.they have beautiful flavour . it's summer n i'm going to try mango sorbet soon

finally visited häagen dasz at nungabakkam knk road. i went super late around 10:30pm and they were shutting the shop. as i approached them half of the flavours were over. i didn't have much option to pick. there were only 5-6 available. the staff told no dining available only take away.

what i had ?

cookie & cream - this is one of my favourites. the icecream was topped with chocolate sauce as add-on. it was delicious and yummy!!

vanilla caramel brownie - no sign of caramel taste ...you can see brownie bits getting caught also not much drastical difference between the two flavours.


should try their eiffel tower/signature fondue next time and will recommend this place for their quality 💯

located bang on the corner of the bustling knk road!!! perfect for wfh folks with few crowd... clean and courteous place and staff..valet parking.. and finally the premium icecream and waffle experience

i was here today with my mom and was shocked when i was told that there were only two variants available. these were chocolate & belgium chocolate. of course they had toppings. we had choco syrup and chips along with nuts as toppings.

please note that the showroom manager has assured of more variants this week.

showroom was maintained tidy. the pricing could have been bit lower. i felt it on the higher side.

cost for two - ₹1290(3 scoops each with toppings for two).

star rating is not for the product but for the non availability of option
