popped in at gusto after a meeting in the area, with fond memories of their abundant, healthy lunchtime buffet. it seems that the cafe is under new management because the buffet was gone, save for some very basic and rather sad-looking green beans, potatoes and lentils. oh well. after perusing the pamphlet-style menu, i opted for a 'red hen' toasted sandwich on rye bread, which was delicious and thoughtfully constructed. my coffee was also perfect, and came quickly. the service was very friendly and welcoming. i'll have to go again and try something else. i've heard that the baked goods are particularly good.
