on thursday nights, at one of silverlake wine's weekly wine tastings, the guerrilla tacos food truck parks out front and serves up their fare. #wineandtacos should really be a thing. the menu changes daily, but we recently had their dover sole taco, sirloin and sea urchin taco and propeller clam tostada. the ingredients were so fresh, and the flavor combinations so unique! the highlight was definitely the sirloin and urchin - i was worried one would overpower the other, but they worked really well together. one of those the-whole-is-greater-than-the-sum-of-its-parts situations.
