the owner and staff are very unprofessional, they gave us a package 1350 pp for unlimited drinks , food and dj but instead of ballentine served local mixed liquor. their brewery is one of the worst. they do not entertain customer complaints and after taking advance gave a table on rooftop for a 3 o clock reservation in summers and that without any dj , limited food and poor service.
worst lounge of gurgaon and delhi.

i had such a horrible experience. air conditioner were not working. we were sweating. food taste was so bad. even dip/chutney were given in take away packaging. pizza was not cooked properly from the base even stated stale. overall super bad experience.

the offer is not applicable on drinks and you won't get to know about it until.and unless you get your bill. don't get tripped by looking at the pro offer on your screen. you'll be charged a higher price later on.

terrible place. terrible staff. terrible restaurant manager. terrible food. the discounts may look tempting, but trust me you're better off never visiting this place.

shitty service and and they won't let you sit and enjoy for a while as soon as you're finish with your food.

apparently when i visited,
it was almost empty even then the service was not good you'll just keep looking for the guy to show up.

we left the place within 10 min from our visit.
the beer tasters were called and only two brews were available. they tasted horrible. its the worst beer we ever had. tasted like tap water mixed with it in equal quantity. stale and tasteless.
we had booked a space for 7 people and when we visited there was no place available. the staff combined two round tables and put cane chairs around for us. if you don't have space then why take a booking ? sitting was below average and on seeing the horrible beer we decided to leave. the place was below average.
one appreciable aspect was the behavior of the staff. the waiters and the managers including the welcime staff was very cooperative. they yried their level best to accommodate us with the limited available resources. but ofcourse no one would like to visit a place where staff is good but ambience and drinks are worst.
not recommended.

last sunday was fun as i visited gravity spacebar. it's a spacious place to hold a party or a get together. well what we had out there was pao bhaji moyette, szechuan chicken tikka, chilli chicken bovek and in the mains we had butter chicken wellington which i liked the most it was the great combo of butter chicken stuffed inside the wrap .

the service was fast and the staff was very friendly. i would recommend this place for small get together and weekend hangouts with family and friends

not at all satisfied coming here..it was the first time we came here and probably the last time…we ordered the food and it took long 45 minutes to get it..will not recommend this place to anyone

shittiest beer ever, table was all dirty, not at all hygienic. water had taste of mud. not following covid norms. beer taste likes it’s mixed with water.

they don't have proper plates to serve food.
there was less crowd still they were not able to do service properly.

1)ac not working at all in whole area.. complained 10 times but not resolved the issue.
2) fresh beer not available
3) no light in ladies washroom

the seating at this restaurant is great. the ambience is nicely decorated and the food is delicious. the staff is very helpful.

worst singer we have ever seen
...... don't know who told him to be a singer..... it seems bathroom singer .... disgusting.

just ambience is good. food is below average. staff is also not welcoming. mocktails are also average.
