bad customer service. ordered 2 cakes a week before thanksgiving. called 2 days ahead of time and asked if i could pick them up at 11am and goll's said fine. arrived before noon and (rudely) said cakes were not ready, it wouldn't be until 3pm or later. i couldn't come back. had to cancel cake order and get cakes from weis markets. will never patronize goll's bakery ever again!
