the odisha cities are yet to gain the taste of real north indian delicacies. we had bamboo chicken biriyani, mutton rogan josh and butter nan. the bamboo chicken biriyani as they claim that they cook in a bamboo is a myth and is just a show off. every time they put biriyani in an already burnt bamboo and serve to the guests and very often its not hot. they never cook biriyani inside a bamboo, though the taste of biriyani is good but the cost is too much as per the standard of cuttack. the butter nan were charred thin burnt so had to ask for more nan. mutton rogan was poorly prepared. i have been to this place just for biriyani at least 6 times, the taste and preparation had disappointed 3 times, so is the cost. they never serve traditional odisha delicacies as well, which they should rather they serve korean, chinese, and continental!! really??? the restaurant doesn't have dishes of local fishes and sea food or bengali dishes as well. no rohu, no hilsa, no carp dishes. when asked they say that people don't like odisha dishes. better options are hard to get nearby hence guests have to adjust with this restaurant. their toilet and hand wash facility is very poor.
