very bad service. waiting for more than half hour and no one comes to either take my order nor to clean up the table. the waiters don't know how to treat godiva customers.

an visit that will not repeat again.

they have a millions of desserts and all with. different approach to chocolate and only chocolate. god knows how they do it but it is the another chocolate world inside godiva.

great taste of belgian chocolate. very good for sweet cravings. price bit high but you get what you pay for. bringing some for my kids. coming back again

their classic chocolate waffle is addicting, i go there at least 2 times every week. i love it 😍❤️
if you like to have it with fruits, they have strawberry and banana to add.

the server ( african man ) was friendly and cheerful and the ice cream was certainly worh the price, however on my second visit i ordered the dark chocolate fondue with strawberries but it was served without the strawberries i asked the filipina server she said they ran out of stock, she should have informed me earlier on that there was no strawberry so i could have chosen another one since the taste would be altered due to the fact that one ingredient is lacking.
she did not do anything nor did she apologize that would definitely be my last visit.

plain taste merry-cream doesnt deserve the price
overpriced with respect to taste
but seating and decor is nice (welcoming)

if u the chocolate chocolate person yes godiva is the place to visit.
this is the only one in alain ------

my favorite eversince. i love their variety of chocolates. an authentic belgian chocolate.
ambience was so nice even it is inside the mall. will never let my storage be out of stock of these fine sweets.

way too expensive for what you get, i mean, yeah its okay for an occasional thing. the quantity for price part is way off though. i wish they would lower the prices.

the store has a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
staff were really accomodating and friendly, esp sandra.
we visited the store to try the ice cream only.
i enjoyed the chocolate and vanilla flavored soft ice cream with fruity flavored like sprinkles on top.
it was pricey but you get your money's worth!

very relaxed and quite ambience with good hospitality to get indulgence with chocolate fondue, sin cake, lava cake. the taste is great and chocolate taste was outstanding.

i went there because sometimes i'm homesick and feel like eating real belgian chocolate. i took a soft serve icecream, normal size and paid around 35aed. the taste is okay but definitely not worth the money.
