the chefs and menu has changed a bit since i was last here. everything i tried was very good. not too salty and nice light flavors. the wait staff is fast and courteous. with inside and al fresco dining options.

hole in the wall ramen joint on hollywood blvd.  seating is very limited, but the prices are very reasonable.  service seemed to be overwhelmed, or understaffed but forgot our appetizer until we reminded when our entree showed up.  the quality of the food absolutely made me forget.  piping hot ramen, good portion, fresh ingredients.  if i'm in the area, i would go back.

after reading many online reviews, had to give this place a try.  went there on a sat evening and it's packed (5:30ish).  the inside is quite small on a crowded street by young circle in hollywood.  we opted to sit outside (no wait).  the waitstaff gave us the menus and was very attentive.  we knew what to order, based on some reviews we read and put it in.  the food started coming out and it was hot (temp-wise) and fresh (sushi) and very good.  ordered the avacado fries, sushi platter, curry ramen and another ramen dish.  sitting outside was kinda warm, but the food made up for it.  will recommend.

i skipped the crazy sushi rolls and safe (i.e., no organ meats) yakitori menu, happy to have ramen right after landing from cross-country flights. my expectations were low...

great hollywood addition. go bistro is a great addition to the hollywood dining scene it's consistently good. the luscious ramen soup bowls, brim with rich flavors and sumptuous pork belly and egg (they also have vegetable and tofu. the miso, is not like the typical miso starter at many sushi restaurants. the staff is friendly and truly makes everyone feel welcome.
