genghis the great. i've had a couple of encounter with genghis grill. i have to say that i'm very happy about the food. i like the idea that i can have my own choice of input. these days that's what seems to be hot. it reminds me of a subway, but rather a different style of food. the only difference is that this is more of a restaurant setting as apposed to your typical subway setting where you'll never see every table taken up by customers. the atmosphere is good, the food is even better. once your in you take your silver bowl that you will fill to the top with you first choice being meat. there's many to choose from if you're familiar with mongolian food. next is the seasoning section, many seasoning to choose from again. you'll quickly move to the. vegetable section where my favorites are brussle sprouts, carrots, and potatoes. in this section. you can also add eggs. they're still in the shell and will be cooked onto the food, so no worries there. after the veggies area you will move onto the section that allows you to add different flavored sauces from chilli to tangerene barbecue sauce, they all have a very distinct flavor so carefull in not loading up too much or you'll throw off the flavor you are looking for. the final piece of you unprepared dish will be asked by the cook himself. what kind of rice. this rice will be cooked into the food. it's a cups worth if rice so if you want more just tell them them and they'll honor your request. if there is anything you forget just tell them and they'll throw it in upon request as well. i would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for great mongolian food.
