a gorgeous intimate venue right on the water with lots of picturesque greenery and archways on the way in. this gem is tucked away from the main road but worth the find. the service is ok, very respectful but you may need to remind them of your requests on occasion.
do try: the artichoke salad. the orange sauce is on point and the fruity flavours weaving the dish are perfect for summer.
no need for: the tuna carpaccio. it's sliced a little thick.
the pizza was good, although the dough was slightly tough. the salmon meatball (kofte) was also unusual and delicious. overall the food here, especially the fish, is so fresh. in comparison to other restaurants of international cuisine in istanbul, gazebo competes right with the top notch. recommended for couples/small groups. would definitely come back.
