i wish i could rate fusilli reasons minus 5. it's an absolutely pathetic eatery to ever visit. the guy at the billing counter who apparently seems to claim to be the owner of the outlet has an absolutely horrendous attitude and he is completely unfit to be working in the food biz. infact, even most road side food vendors have a better sense of morality and behaviour as opposed to this guy sitting here.
we had ordered our food for a take away and our order number was 98. we were waiting for about 20-30 minutes after which when we went to the counter and realised that even order no. 105 was dispatched and on politely asking them the same, he rudely replied that it would take 20-30 minutes for 'cheese to melt'. on asking him how it's possible for other orders to be dispatched earlier (it's a place that's got cheese on almost all its items on the menu) he wasn't even bothered to reply and instead rudely retorted back saying, "you don't talk and i don't have to give your order early because you ordered early and most of our customers know it". also, on asking him about his rudeness he simply said, 'you do whatever you want, this is how things work here'. this is the kind of response you can expect from this place. not just the fact that they failed to deliver our order on time they have the audacity to talk to customers in such an arrogant and a pathetic tone. they are of the mind set that even if they pelt stones at customers they would come back running to them. such eateries need to be banned because they first ought to learn to behave before setting out to sell food.
and, as far as the taste of the food is concerned it was dead-cold when it was delivered to us. the 'mac and cheese' felt like it was a layer of salt with half-baked macaroni. all of us who had the food ended up with tummy troubles. the food served was utter crap and it was as pathetic as his attitude. as there were covid-19 protocols, they were closed for dine-in and we had requested a take away, they didn't even care to place spoons, napkins and ketchup along with the package but they charged for packaging. also, the guy at the cash-counter was callously chit-chatting with everyone without his mask and none of the employees there seemed to follow covid-19 protocols. absolutely shame on them as they have no respect for their customers or for the government regulations.
as for the ambience, it's a little spacious and well-lit in the front but the building itself seems run-down and there are no lights inside the building except a little lighting at the cash counter and in the kitchen. no wonder why we ended up with tummy troubles if anyone was to cook in such a shabby and an unclean place.
i wish i could give this place a minus 5, also it's a little fishy as to how this place ended up with such a high rating on google and it seems to be paid/fake reviews. please don't trust those reviews, if not for these fake/paid reviews the place is nothing but a piece of run-down shed with an ill-tempered guy claiming to know his art but doesn't even know how to bake a mac.
