frida mexican cuisine

i had the pozole, which is a chile broth with blanched corn kernels and shredded chicken cooked inside. very nice. all i can say is, if you come here, and all you wind up getting are either tacos or burrito’s, you’ve failed.

mexican? you must be kidding!!!. this place has very nice and trendy decor; comfy side-walk dining area. food? horrible!!! we asked for salsa for the chips, but its extra charge. no free salsa in a mexi restaurant, big joke!!!
three tiny tacos for each order of fish taco and carnitas taco, still no salsa, also no cabbage or lettuce. diced fish and pork did not taste mexican, asian taste indeed. rice and bean did not even look good, they weren't even touched.
i got better mexican food from any fast food chain!!!!

famous for thir cocktails and also the margheritas they serve , this outlet hadsn;t gained much  name but is a hidden gem . go ahead and ask for the special cocktail of the bartender and you will like it.

decent happy hour. despite the review my girl friend and i decided to give this place a shot (the interior looks really cool from the outside, couldn't resist). and we actually had a good time! go during happy hour - decent. no complains at all

(the fact that chips don't with salsa is a little saddening, though.) chips come with guac and spicy sauce

surly staff, customers are clearly an annoyance here. bad food, overpriced. my fish was like mush, definitely frozen and not fresh. i wish i read the reviews before coming here. stay away.

too loud, terrible food, overpriced. i went for sunday brunch at fridas last weekend. most brunches i've paid around $25 more or less with usually big variety but this place charged $28 plus an extra $12 if you want champagne. the fruit was mushy or dry, the food taste like leftovers. the mariache band played so loud you couldnt hold a conversation. the only deserts were stale churros and wet flan. do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

good food and music on sunday. food is great all the time, but even better for sunday brunch when an amazing mariachi band plays

slow to be seated (hostess seemed bothered) and service was slow. the waitstaff is pleasant.

we walked in and were seated right away, which is good for a friday night. the inside is very nice but lacks the feel of a traditional mexican restaurant. our waiter was good but one of the others was a creeper as he kept checking out my girlfriend. we shared the fajitas which was enough for two. they were good but lacked some of the sides that you normally get with fajitas such as cheese, sour cream and lettuce. the tortillas were very small for the fajitas. overall it was okay.

i went in yesturday with a couple a friends and to comment on the other persons review the host was really nice anyway i tried these chicken taquitos bit they had a differmt name because they were made with flour tortillas the server was good very helpful and the mojito had a very nice kick to it. i'll ne back on another night i heard they have a mariachi band

very nice décor and atmosphere, but the staff mostly the hostesses were snarky and rude.when we first walked in we walked in normal streets clothes and the hostesses began to laugh which was inappropriate and unprofessional. as one the hosstesses took us to our seat she kept giving us dirty looks, so we decided to talk to the manager and when we explained the situation instead of agreeing to. talk to her impolite staff she made a lousey excuse for their behavior. the waiters we pretty nice and were spot on though. the flam was ok but was way too garnished so it took away from the actual flavor it was supposed to have, and instead it was too over powering and sweet. overall it's not the best mexican place i've had better at a taco stand, but if your in the mood for being laughed atvby rude staff and overdone food then this is the place for you!
