the food they serve is nice but there service is terrible. my call went through finally after 109 calls and they had the audacity to end the phone call after 5 rings. i'm so annoyed . pleasee improve your services , not happy with them at all

this is the best fast food place ever!!! you could say it is a nandos but much better. i always get 1/2 chicken and finish it in less than 5mins coz it's soo delicious. i could probably eat a whole chicken. recommended this place a lot.

what's better then a competitor to nandos. mouth watering, succulent chicken. way cheaper then nandos and dare i say the food tastes better. also if you fancy gournets burgers they certainly have a good selection yo choose from. franzos is definitely a place to try.

all their burgers from chicken gourmet, lamb gourmet , loaded box , chicken wings everything was perfectly cooked, juicy and tender with lots of different sauces. long queue on the weekends but the service was excellent.

i've seen this shop grow massively with their tasty food,however they have now over priced their food and it's not worth the money ......might as well go nando's 🐔🐔🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼 6.95 for a loaded box...disgusting

we had heard a lot about franzos and decided to try it out on a weekday to avoid the weekend rush. surprisingly the place was packed even on a wednesday evening which was a good sign. we waited to be seated but soon realised it was self service. disappointed though that the waitresses saw us standing and didn't make any effort to let us know that it is self service. we sat and were given the menu, the waitress mumbled something and left. when we wanted to order she gave us a sharp look and said "i told you order at the counter!". gosh bit extreme! the servers definitely need some training. however it was all worth it in the end as the food was great and excellent value for money. the chicken was succulent and the burgers awesome. will definitely come back :)

very poor service; - there were no tissues and wipes. -asked for miranda strawberry and got orange 1. -all the drinks (cans) were bent.
i think, there isnt no concept of customer service.

the chips are 10/10 and their tandoori burger and piri piri burger are also the same. great value for money. for 2 people would recommend (forgotten the name) but its four burgers, 2 chips and 8 wings - £18

amazing food, super fast service, great prices and huuuge quantity! totally worth wait as there was a line which usually is here late evenings. the perfectly grilled peri peri chicken!

been at franzos today to collect my order on sunday 2nd october 2016 around 16h30. saw an asian staff with beard removing chicken strips from the grill to put it on a plate.. then one of chicken strips fell down on the floor n the latter put it on the plate n gave it to a customer.. how can the guy do that.. very disgusting.. the guy was stunned as he saw me watching him closely.. i even relate the matter to a staff.. hopefully next time they will not do this again as we customers are paying money to get proper food...

this place has gone under a rebrand and re development and is now like a nandos.
went for a quick bite to franzos again yesterday. ordered a whole chicken, 2 sides (mash potoeao and wedges, 2 drinks for £12. i have to say the chicken here is brilliant. i could of eaten the whole chicken on my own! better than nandos and i would think it's a little better than five lads in leyton. best peri peri chicken around i say.

absolutely delicious grilled chicken with garlic mayo. peri peri fries are also a must. new products added to the menu. however, no concept of customer service at all. don’t do reservations. don’t even think about doing a phone order on busy days, no hold or call waiting service. if wasn’t for the service i would give it 4.5 stars.

their grilled chicken is amazing! closest to nando's as it gets at a cheaper price. their peri chips are a must try and are very generously coated in peri salt and perfectly complemented by the garlic sauce. prices are fair and similar to other grill shops/fried chicken shops. service is fast and the decor is really cool, a must visit.

value for money great food first time on ilford lane best ever taste franzos piri piri. try tikka in pitta bread, piri breast in pitta bread, piri chicken and piri wings, handmade lamb or chicken gourmet and their sauce finger licking. yummmmmmmmmmm

franzos has best piri piri flavours, i loved their chicken, burger are yummy and everything is always fresh, i have recommended it to my whole family and friends don't wait just try it once and you will get addicted to it......;-)
