you can avoid this place and not regret it. i guess the owner has opened this place to entertain his/her friends, and not for the customers.
me and my friend visited this place some days ago. i reached early. i entered the outdoor area and picked a table. the chairs were not properly arranged so i tried to do it myself but the chairs were heavy. the waiter was staring at me but did not volunteer. i had to ask him to arrange it so i can sit properly. after i sat down, he kept on staring at me for 10 minutes, then he came with his order book and asked what i want to order. i was not served water yet, which is the most basic courtesy and requires no special training. i told him i am waiting for a friend, and asked for water. he brought it reluctantly. then my friend arrived. immediately he came with his order menu. we asked him to give us some time to settle, to decide, and asked water for my friend. we lit cigarettes but there was no ash-tray on the table, nor the waiter felt like bringing it until we asked him to. after a while we placed the order. we ordered cold coffee, mojito, fries and cold cut pizza. we specifically instructed to give the drinks and fries first, and pizza a bit later. i asked the waiter to bring pizza once we have finished the fries. we repeated this instruction thrice, to make sure he understood. our drinks arrived, and soon the fries. the taste was very average. just 5 minutes later, waiter brought the pizza and put it on the table. we were not even halfway through our entrée. it looked as if they wanted us out of the restaurant as soon as possible. at this point i called the manager, and explained him what was wrong. he apologized and said that mostly owner's friends sit in this area to smoke and talk so we don't pay much attention here. now, there were 3 people already sitting in the outdoor area, who appeared to be normal customers. by the time we reached to our pizza it was already cold. there was hardly any cheese or sauce, the base was soggy. there wasn't any taste in the pizza, neither of cheese or sauce, nor the meat. we couldn't finish it and left with a conviction not to visit again.
