when craving for parisian galettes, four frogs creperie is the place to go. for me, its the only place that is comparable to parisian galettes... -- the restaurant -- simple neat and tidy decor open kitchen and french speaking crepe masters! chicken, mozzarella, cherry tomato and fresh basil first bite i really enjoyed it but the cheese and butter got slightly filling towards the end. crispy buttery galette with chicken and fresh basil filling. probably the best galette in sydney but i still prefer the ones in paris more... nothing wrong with the way it's made, it's actually made perfectly! ... more due to the difference in produce (australia vs france produce) used. parisian butter feels lighter than australian butter and cheese feels less filling chicken, swiss cheese, mushroom, egg, garlic & parsley sauce out of the 2 galettes, i liked this one more. more flavoursome and tasty from the swiss cheese overall, i really like the galettes here ... my new go to place for galettes &
