if i could give zero stars i would. i tried ordering food about two years ago, just a pepperoni pizza. i was asked what type of pepperoni (at the time, i didn't realize there was different types) i said "i didn't realize there was different types of pepperoni, which one is the normal one?" and the woman on the other line immediately seemed annoyed and said "there isn't a normal one its just your preference". i felt rushed and she was obviously annoyed, so i just picked one. then when i was reading her my card number she couldn't hear me and kept asking me to repeat it very rudely as if i was wasting her time. i then just became so upset at her attitude towards me that i said "you know what, you have been very rude this whole phone call, never mind, you can just cancel my order." and without saying anything, she hung up on me. now, two years later, i go to order a pizza and when i called i was told my phone number was "flagged" as a difficult customer and they will not deliver to me. i am not one to complain or even write bad reviews, but i was so shocked by this, that i felt i had to share. it's a shame, because i think their pizza is very good. unfortunately their professionalism is lacking. the main girl who takes the phone calls has no customer service skills. after reading other reviews for this place, it is clear that the overall customer service is pretty crappy.
