flavours - novotel

we had our anniversary dinner last monday and when we came in, the staff are so friendly. they offer us buffet type and the food are delicious. there are many choices from salad to desserts. they actually gave us a complimentary buffet for my son. lucky for us! the ambience is good. its our first time and will not be the last.

#late post. flavours was one restaurant in fujairah which was offering easter buffet. so we decided to try it out. the staff was warm, friendly. there was a huge easter egg placed on the table (we were told it was for us to take while going home) they had egg hunt for the kids. there were lot of items for the buffet. i loved the desert section the most. the food was slightly blend. overall the experience was good.

the food was pretty decent. i have been there for dinner. they have a great variety of options in their buffet menu starting from salads, main course, desserts etc.
we tasted almost everything, one thing which still lingers in my mouth is their beef steak in mustard sauce.
we would gladly go there again to try their breakfast and lunch menu.😊

i have spent a couple of nights at novotel,the view from this palace is good and the rooms are well maintained.the staff are quite helpful and friendly

have had food at flavors a few times now,they offer a good spread of buffet from starters to main course and dessert.they have good options in non veg

overall good experience

flat evening buffet: limp lettuce, over-dressed salad, weird potatoes “with truffle oil”, and not much appeal - however, not a bad variety, good indian dishes, and pleasant staff tying hard to make up for the kitchen’s lack of zest. still, nice restaurant decor, in a hotel, and fine dinner compared to the other dining options across he road.

had the complimentary breakfast here when we stayed at the novotel. decent selection with the usual suspects- scrambled eggs, turkey and beef bacon and sausages, mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, foul medames, hash browns, a variety of croissants, donuts, bread, cheese, cold cuts. loved the omelette station and the variety of fruits and cereals. the orange juice and coffee could be better though.

it was friday so it was taste of india the theme night of the resto. a buffet type. foods are all in varieties and all in very delicious taste. the 2nd restaurant that my hubby appreciated whose a food critic. so i was happy about that. from abudhabi we travelled here to have a taste and good thing it didn't fail. there's a hindi music playing too while eating so we loved that too. most especially hearing atif aslam😄. the only problem i saw were the tables. round tables that are small not having enough space for the foods. having big plates and all other stuffs wont fit. that's the discomfort it gave us while eating. but above all its kuddos!!

i tried their breakfast buffet during my stay at novotel fujeriah. varieties at the buffet is fair as compared to the cost. they got a live omlette station and chef at this station was really helpful and professional. buffet spread includes cereals, breakfast rolls, cold cut, hashbrown, porridge, salads, sausages and cut fruits etc.

it's a small type of resturant but expect so much from it
we tried it in ramadan they have very nice iftar buffet a variety of dishes , really i went to so many buffets in different cities "dubai" but this one is outstanding between most of the buffets
name it , salads...appetizers , fatayir , bread section , macaroni section , main corse section, sweet and juices section
and all of them are tasty and delicious and the choices are so much
and don't forget auzi ( lamb with rice) the arabic dish
main corse they had fish fillets ,mixed grills, chicken , steak .,,,,,......... and so on i didnot memorize all the dishes and soups which was mmmmm
now to come to staff
i want to thank the management really for such staff they really know how to make customer happy

the keep taking the plates from the table as soon as we need that
i will say i would go again and again
price is very good 90 per person
only one remark is there i have to say it so they can be perfect and i can give 5/5 rating
round tables are not a good choice that's the thing which annoyed me so much i can't put my plates properly and comfortably they need to be rectangle or square but not round and
one more thing the buffet arrangement needs a little change desert section should be on the side alone not with the salad or food it can be in the bread side or macaroni side that's all

they have a huge variety of delicacies to taste on a friday. friday is a day of taste of india. the food is awesome and especially their butter naans were extremely soft. their desserts area was scrumptious with the cakes and indian sweets. would also like to visit this place on thursday, as the manager there told me that on thursday mexican cuisine is served.
