off to an impressive start!. over the past three years, i have been to a brazilian steakhouse on about a dozen occasions. i am a huge fan, and was happy to hear about this one opening while i had other business at the grand event center. it is on the second floor, and fairly easy to find. the atmosphere is very nice, and they work well with their designated area. the service started on a great note, and they have a decent salad bar to start. it's not as extensive as some of the other churrascarias i have attended, but it is substantial and fresh. as far as the main course goes, i was very impressed with the selection and flavor. some of the choices include flank steak, rump cover (picanha), lamb chops, chicken wrapped in bacon, cinnamon-encrusted pineapple, and pork loin. they were quick to make refills, and the staff was supportive throughout the experience. it is fairly expensive (55-60 dollars with a good tip), but it doesn't hurt as a treat every now and then.
it may be about thirty miles from my home, but i will definitely attend again with friends. my only thumbs down comes from the lack of guaraná, but the staff mentioned it would be available in a few weeks.
