wonderful neighborhood coffee shop

we frequent fioza because how can you beat a neighborhood coffee shop with consistently outstanding coffee? love the coffee, atmosphere and food. highly recommend.

this is such a cool coffee joint! amazing ambiance with unique art on the walls. nicely crafted drinks and a wide selection of pastries and sandwiches.

ripoff!!! we paid good money for 2 for 1 vouchers ($20 worth of food and drink for $10) through living social. the living social voucher had an expiration date on it. in order to use the voucher, you had to present it at fioza, and they give you a card worth $20. the card has no expiration date on it. when we went to fioza in october, we mentioned needing to use the card up before the expiration date. the young lady behind the counter who worked for fioza said, "no, you need to redeem the voucher for a fioza card before the expiration date. once you receive the card in exchange for the voucher, it does not expire." so based upon that explanation, tonight, we presented the card at fioza, only to be told by a fairly rude member of the help staff that it had expired and we should have used it by the day before. they would not honor it. that is the last time we will ever set foot in that establishment.

i could easily drink myself to death on that bubble tea. mmmmm. closer and better than starbucks.

my go to place to chill and drink coffee. my go to place to get together with a group of friends or study over starbucks, and not just because it's more convenient for me. the batista's are really cool and laid-back, there's a couple of computers available with drink purchase, board games, and a pretty chill atmosphere with good music and usually doesn't get too rowdy or crowded for me to get my work done. there specialty drinks are really good( i love the almond joy) and they even offer tapioca for iced drinks (i only wish for a little more variety, and more tapioca in my drink)
