not open sat-sun!. the pot roast was delicious. my dinner partners said the beer was very good, too. i didn't expect the food to be this good. good service. too bad you can't eat there on the weekend!

faultline brewery is one of my regular places when i teach in santa clara, ca. it's within walking distance of the residence inn where i usually stay in silicon valley, an important thing when the beer's this good.

visited here a couple of times while staying at santa clara. the place is generally popular, hence pre reservation is recommended. theres indoor seating as well as outdoors. both are good. the food is good, the drinks are great, the servers are courteous, service is good even on busy days. since its a popular spot, it can get crowded over weekends and weekdays as well, especially indoors which is tightly packed, back to back or shoulder to shoulder (as you'd notice from the pics), outdoors is much spacious but preferable when the weather is good. loved visiting here and would love to visit again.

amazing food, ambience & place. they serve some delicious food. don't forget to try beer boom. we just love this place. the staff is also very friendly.

very decent place to have lunch with colleagues from europe. they very good menu and can keep everyone in good humor. i loved their tandoori kebob though the rice was not that appealing and tasty, my english colleague had fish and chips. thai chicken wings were spicy and tasted good.

it was a good dining experience.

was here for lunch with a few friends. lunch was ok, not too many option for vegetarians. but would recommend the place to be if you love beers. great variety.

would go back for the beer and not the food.

i visited this place with a couple of colleagues for drinks. i had the hefeweisen and we had a couple of starters. everything tasted good and their brew is really great. i thoroughly enjoyed the hefeweisen. overall good place to visit..

big brewery with a fantastic ambiance for large get together as well as for a romantic dinner.

staff is very friendly and efficient.

as name suggests lot of drinks and food to choose from. food is just above average but experience is way too good.

must visit restaurant in the bay area

great beer, but the old cook must have left. menu was reduced in june vs jan2012. i always came here for the ahi poke tuna appetizer, followed by a great steak.... the ahi is gone!!!
closing the patio on a sunny saturday i also cannot understand.... bkaring sports tv instead.... so sad...

great beer, great food. my wife and i visited on a typical wednesday evening. the place was really busy, almost full. 90% males, they all probably work locally and stay in hotels, so they go there for their food and beer!

the beer was amazing, and i had the signature gumbo which was to die for.

the room is like a big dining hall, it lacks a bit of atmosphere, but no complaints at all.

the atmosphere was fun and the house beers were good. i enjoyed the pale ale. the food was average and a little overpriced for the quality. i'll come back for happy hour.

me likey !. been here many times. great beer, great food, slow service at times, but nothing outrageous. my favorites are the blackened salmon salad and the jambalaya over pasta. food can be a little on the spicey side, so talk to your waiter if you're sensitive to that.
bar area can be crowded and noisy on weekday afternoons / evenings (after work crowd).
to the previous comment, they take your credit card to start a tab in the bar area only, unless you want to pay for every beer individually, which is pretty standard. they do not ask for a credit card to start you out when you sit in the dining area.
i like coming to this place. always a winner !

lightest blonde beer was great, food just okay. i had the blonde beer, which was light but also tasted great. the falafel was tastey for bar food, and the shish kabob's were also just okay. this place seems happening for happy hour, but if you want good food, you may want to go somewhere else.

service does not match the menu prices. beer selection is good. the food is okay and and a little overpriced. service is not good. servers ask for ccard before you order which is a turn off. also servers don't acknowlege small parties and generrally ignore single eaters. i've eaten here s few times and probably won't go back. i get better service and value from burger king. no joke
