this piece of sharp and transparent material was found in their fried rice. my younger brother ingested the other piece and is being checked for internal injuries right now. what level of carelessness will there be that such potentially fatal materials end up in your food.

had vegetarian food here. the quality of chinese food after coming from mumbai, was below par for the few dishes we ordered. they can improve their sauces and preparations.

tried it after a long walk by the dal lake. poorly refried wantons were served with barely any stuffing. a bag of oil. the chopsuey was average. more like chaat.

i ordered chicken dumpling and caramel latte . it is such an amazing place to have delicious and really good quality dumplings. the staff is also polite and welcoming. and the ambience was too good .

had ordered sichuan prawn fried rice from here. these were so creamy that i couldn’t even feel their presence with the rice in my mouth. so melting in mouth. i was craving for it so bad that i enjoyed it. if you are a lover of slightly crispy prawns, i suggest you try some other prawn dish.

very nice authentic chinese cuisine in the heart of srinagar.

the ambience is beautiful, food is yummy service is amazing, bg music is nice and prices are worthy. the first ever chinese restaurant in kashmir. at fatpanda restaurant, they serve you the best chinese and thai food.

the food here is all of your mainstream chinese/thai restaurant staples, but i wouldn’t let that put you off, as the quality is consistently excellent. the tables are nicely packed, the place is good for family and group meals with friends. the service is good on the whole and the staff are helpful.
we had the tom kha soup, which apart from being a little spicier than i expected, was perfect.
the overall experience here was satisfying and i’m sure you all would love it here as well.

fat panda brings a different flavour to a city which has restricted itself to traditional flavours until now. one of the only places in srinagar where one can go to have oriental cuisine. if you are craving chinese food,trust me this is the place to be. i would totally recommend their chilli wings.
