prices are affordable andtheservice was pretty goodtheplace is located intheheart of taksim were you can enjoytheshow while walking.

the worst experience in istanbul .very bad service and food .i have ordered grilled chicken with green salad and i toldthehead waiter in a very clear way that i am following a certain diet pls don't include anything fried or even corn ..after waiting half an hour for my plate noting that my husband got his salad and main dish 20 min before mine ..i was surprised to receive my platter consisting of fried breaded chicken andthereaction ofthehead waiter haroun was :"that's ur mistake even though it's not mentioned inthemenu but it is inthecategory of fried ones ...think before u order !!!!"

the coziest little place in istiklal street. went in forthedelicious display of allthetypes of pasta you can dream of andthefact that it seemed to be always super packed. maybe this set our expectations too high as we didn't really enjoythefood we ordered. looks better than it tasted. service was great andthelocation is superb.

in my travels,roamingthehistorical city of istanbul, we were hungry for some food as always when you are walking a lot so we entered this cafe .
looks chill fromtheoutside ,we took a seat and a menu and ordered 2 pizzas and some fries,they were good.
sercive is fine butthestaff do not speak good english and i do not speak turkish ,haha , but we managed to communicate attheend.

salmon pasta is highly recommended. busy place u can barely find a table, staff very professional and friendly. food well done and tasty and quick service. we had late lunch at our last day before going totheairport andtheorder was really quick. staff very helpful. ??

loved this place! right intheheart of istiklal street, was surprised bythequality of food for such a location. triedthejalapeno poppers, kebap pizza, tagliatelle con pollo (my fav) andthechicken noodles. so tasty and authentic, go there for a quick nice lunch or dinner!

what a wonderful experience. i visited this restaurant 3 times during my 4 day stay in istanbul, and i might have visited it more had i discovered it earlier!

it was tough to find somewhere that suited my taste in istanbul, but this restaurant was our lucky discovery.

we triedthefettuccine con pollo pasta,thecapricciosa pizza, caesar pizza and chicken panzerotti.themix of taste that we had is indescribable.thefood was unbelievably good.thepresentation was excellent, everything arrived hot and fresh within 10-15 minutes despitetheplace being super crowded duringtheweekend.

i recommend this restaurant for everyone going to taksim!

heard of esmer cafe via friends who are regular customers there. and im glad i followed them there and tried their delicious food.
the staf ia friendly, indoor and outdoor seating area, pizzas are prepared onthegf oftheplace where you can enjoy amazing smells while having delicious food.

we had lunch at esmer cafe yesterday while spendingtheday in istanbul. very nice place on istiklal street, well located, hard to miss. there was a little bit of a language barrier, butthewaiter tried to explainthedishes and recommendthebest. we hadthecapricciosa pizza and fettuccine al salmone. both were really good, made with fresh ingredients,thefettuccine is not to be missed.
recommended.
