the place has good main course indian food which we had for lunch. the vibe is very good. ambience is very warm for friends as well as family. one should definitely try their special sizzling brownie.
we came back to this place for breakfast the next day, though, the breakfast was not the same taste.
so, i would recommend one to visit the place for lunch as well as dinner but not so much for breakfast.
although, we did came across the owner if the place, he was super sweet to suggest good food here and was very sweet and welcoming.

overrated food and ambience. the service was below par, they kept the bill before we could eat and overall vibe felt that they (waiter+owner) were just waiting for people to eat and leave. extremely dissatisfied and bad experience. food was also overpriced and below par in taste.

the staff is not properly trained. very indecent service. they don't even care to let the customers finish the meal and go on to rush to their tables with the bill.
absolutely unsatisfactory experience. the food also wasn't as per their claims.

*staff is too much in a hurry to get the bills and the order, definitely*not* worth a visit if y you need some peace of mind.*

we had brunch while we visited nainital.. we order sandwiches, burger, paneer tikka, garlic bread and rajma chawal.. food taste is good with amazing view of lake as this restaurant is located near lake.. but service is little slow plus i thought prices are high as compared to quantity they served

a charming cozy lil place but literally the most welcoming hotel in the lil town! went there atleast thrice for the duration of my stay! the owner is a really nice person who looks after every guest! lovely food and the sizzling brownie was to die for in that chill weather! overall great touristy memory to take back home!

beware of overcharging fraud by this restaurant! went here for a breakfast recently and the food was nothing to write about! however once the bill came we noticed a certain item right at the end of the bill had been charged twice whereas we had ordered only one portion! thinking it to be a honest mistake we sent back the bill and it was corrected to 1835 instead of 1995 charged earlier (as can be seen in the picture attached). the real twist in the tail came when one of us was in the washroom two waiters were overheard talking amongst themselves about “the customer having checked the bill and caught them red handed” and that on so many occasions they got away with billing for articles twice over and no one noticing! when we confronted the owner about this the waiter apologised and the owner also tried to hush it up! be very careful when you eat at this place if you must!

went for a dinner while in nainital and i have been to this place before. the food quality is still the very same. we had chicken tikka sizzler and assorted veg sizzler and both of them were executed very well. also the soups were quite nice. we tried two, chicken pecking soup and veg manchow soup. our server recommended we try their in house special shammi kebab and we liked those too.
the magicians act took the whole evening to a whole new level, we all loved it. would be back when in the vicinity or around.

embassy is the best north indian food in nainital. they have maintained the quality overtime and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a family meal option

in nainital for a leisurely long weekend, we needed home like food for the children. embassy is that restaurant that brings back delhi and dhaba food taste flooding back to our pallets.

the order of butter chicken was just that creamy and buttery. the egg curry was more like dhaba style while the chilly paneer and rice was also quite good.

all in all a good place for good food.

had lunch at the embassy, it’s situated at the most prime location in nainital, the mall road. they serve multi cuisine food. we had chineseand the food was good!

chicken manchurian 3.5/5 . their brownie sizzler is also famous. affordable and pleasant. staff is quick and efficient. it’s usually full so it’s better to go at the right time.

went for a family dinner, ordered chef special degchi mutton, paneer tikka masala, butter naan, lachaa parantha, tomato soup, mushroom soup.

had to ask the staff to replace glasses as they were dirty, they did it thrice but we had to return as every time they came with dirty glasses.

degchi mutton was good with right spices and good quantity. paneer tikka masala was bland in taste and had to add pepper and salt on top of it. tomato soup was not so great. mushroom soup was good in taste.

i have heard a lot about their sizzlers so was keen to try one.
i tried their chicken sizzlers and it was soooo good.
we also tried their rara chicken and tandoori roti .

embassy restaurant, located on mall road in nainital is a fine choice for an appetising, hearty meal.

the restaurant is spacious and the service is excellent. the food was served well in time. mr. vikram, in particular, added warmth to the entire dining experience with his amicability.

the drinks tasted good. for the main course, we ordered chilly mushroom with veg fried rice and chilly chicken with butter naan. all of it tasted really good. we also ordered the pasta but did not like its taste.

on the whole, very satisfied and happy about the entire dining experience at embassy restaurant.

this restaurant offers best sizzlers in town. situated at mall road. myself being vegetarian, had veg. sizzler . taste was good to my surprise. also had pan shots which i think was most unique thing present there , totally loved it .
must try sizzlers and pan shot .
