wow, where has this place been?. i must thank my friend mike for pointing me here. just had a completely rockin carnitas plate. the pork just shredded beautifully as i gently pulled at the crispy cracklin crust with my fork, tender and tasty. great salsa, nicely spiced, we finished the bowl. the guacamole is fresh with chuncks of advocado. service was great we have found a new restaurant for our regular rotation. the prices are extremely reasonable!

great roaster!. this cafe and roaster is on my top 10 cafes in the states. when i am in tampa i always pick up a bag for my friends in other cities who share my coffee coniseurness. it's charming, the prices are fair and they are hands down the best roasters in the south. big claims...but try it and you might agree. one thing for sure it will teach you that starbucks ruins thier beans by over-roasting.

grab a cup of cafe ybor or cafe con leche at el molino. they mill their own coffee here and (note: they close daily at 2:30 and are not open on saturday and sunday). this is great coffee. luckily for us, they sell it by the bag so we can make our own at home.

best coffee. i have been going to el molino for years. definitely the best bang for your buck even with the price increase (sorry for those who missed it when it was only $7 a pound). at only $8 a pound it is still the best deal around. what's great is that they roast their beans in house. an ybor family owned business makes this a must try whether you need a cup of coffee on the run or coffee beans at the house. i hope you enjoy this as much as i do.

apparantly, the little storefront coffee shop is home of a roasting factory for naviera coffee. the aroma of the place is powerful and my $2 double espresso was more like a quintuple! this was a nice pitstop while walking around ybor city.

a must try!. if you're a fan of cuban coffee (or just coffee in general) you must try this little coffee joint in ybor city.

what makes el molino special is that they are actually a coffee factory, with fresh beans roasted right there. you can't miss the place from the delicious aroma alone! try the cafe ybor drink, it's absolutely delicious.

and don't forget to bring home some coffee with you!

just a heads up, they have a minimum for credit card charge. so if you're only getting one cup have some cash on you!
