the food was amazing! the only reason i didn't give it 5 stars, is it really needs to do some updating. it looks really run down. but the food is great and the people are nice.

this place is going from good.. bad...to worst. today's visit was the most unpleasant. first salsa had a quarter of tomato in it that took up the whole cup. then shrimp cocktail was just tomato or clamato with shrimp. i had to ask for avacodo and we to go grab my own crackers. then the absolute worst was the catfish nuggets they were over cooked and then in what tasted like oil that had been used for a while. when we went to pay i asked the young lady who said was the manager on duty and daughter of the owner to please remove the nuggets from my check since i didn't care for them and didn't eat it and explained why. her response was she had to charge me for what i had ordered and couldn't help that i didn't care for how it tasted. poor customer service all the way and absolutely bad food.

i was there on saturday night, food is good, but the place is really duty, needs new management, i have never seen a restaurant as grubby as this one is

very surprised. my office is across the street and i was reluctant to try this at first and actually did not think this place was going to make it. finally i gave it a try and have been hooked ever since. in fact i have taken my family, friends and clients here and they all love it. they have the best street tacos you have ever had. their refried beans are a "blob" of goodness. the rice is not institutional like so many other mexican restaurants, it is fresh and just falls apart. i have to say i love taking their chips, with no salt on them i am happy to say, and dip them in the freshly made salsa and then the beans. their enchiladas are freshly made as well and could not ask for better. the only seafood i have tried here are the fish tacos which were some of the best i have had. you could tell they just grilled the fish when i ordered them. the service is 2nd to none. the people who work there are really caring towards their customers and want you to come back. don't look for the grand atmosphere you find at many chain restaurants because you are not going to find it. what you come here for is great food, great service, cold beer and a relaxing time. yes, they do have televisions here for you to watch but get ready to get caught up on your novellas if you go there for lunch. what can i say, you have to try this place to fall in love with it.

love this place it was really good specially the ceviche tostada and the enchiladas! i also liked that they sell alcohol which is a plus and service is very friendly and good

i know there are hundred of mexican restaurants out there and many are americanized and serve some weird alternative to known mexican plates so it's great to run into a place that sticks to traditional plates, especially when it comes to seafood. i've only been there once but i will be returning. the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. super fajitas are impressive and my fish tacos were very good.

i tried this restaurant for the first time today and omgoodness! it was amazing! i tried the ceviche tostada and it was the freshest, most delicious ceviche i've ever tasted. i also ordered the sour cream chicken enchiladas with refried beans and rice. the enchiladas were out of this world. the filling was perfectly seasoned and the sour cream sauce was the best i've ever had. even the refried beans were awesome. again, perfectly seasoned and they had this delectable, creamy taste and texture that kept me coming back for more. usually i eat a couple of bites because i know i have to pay for them, but these left me wishing i had more. the chips and salsa were fantastic too. what made my first visit even better was the friendly service and a dining room that appeared to be spotless. it might have been my first time, but certainly not my last.
