eddie rocket's

this place was one of the biggest mistakes to have my lunch. i had ordered a classic burger which wasn’t seasoned at all the bread was old that it was crumbling. my drink had more of ice then the actual soft drink. won’t recommend this to anyone. 👎🏽 no value for money

location: on the main o'connell street, easy to locate.

food: if you are a burger lover, this is a place to be. they serve hamburgers, chicken and veg burgers as well. there is a wide combination of fries available as well. you can add different sauces for the burgers. the eddie's trademark sauce is what makes all the difference. the burgers and fries are all worth it. shakes are however a disappointment, which is too thin to be a shake.

price: it is an expensive place with the burgers point of view and a meal for two can easily cost you around 25-30 euros.

ambience: all the eddie rocket diners have a similar ambient, based out of late 80's and its a perfect setup for a diner serving burgers.

staff: extremely courteous and servings mostly take 15-20mins. diners are given preference over the take-aways

recommended dishes: garlic cheese fries, southern grilled chicken

i usually come here for a quick bite to eat before going to the cinema as they are right beside each other which is handy!
it's cheap and cheerful and the food is really tasty but so bad for you but you just can not resist!
there is always a good vibe when you come here.. it's definitely a place you keep going back too :)

eddie rocket is open at night. and this is only one place in area which is open that late (ifsc). i had milkshake and chicken bawl after longitude. it was nice but to healthy at my taste :-p. overall, good menu with very friendly staff at decent price.

love the atmosphere back in 80's and the junk food. ;) icrecreams are amazing as well as their burgers. i believe they could do better as sometimes the quality is like a fast food rather than pub or restaurant but can't complain, overall nice

i really don't think anything beats eddie rockets for a fast food restaurant the food really is of great quality and great for a hangover cure! 😌🙌🏻 so much to chose from and really tasty 😍

eddie's has been a firm favourite of the south dublin masses for years and only seems to be going from strength to strength in recent years and is keeping pace with the gourmet burgers of the world. all the eddie rockets are fun experiences but i've never been mad about their food. however, they've launched a new black pudding burger which if you've seen my review of ray's pizza you'll know is the way to my cholesterol riddled heart. so you're moving up in the world eddie's just sort your chips out.
