we have been to eastzeast many times before but never thought to leave a review. however asif reminded us of the importance of it this evening! haha. we arrived, were seated promptly and served poppadoms with a tasty selection of chutney (much more than the standard four) to tuck into.
all four of us ordered mains with a mixture of naan, chapati and rice. the food, as always, was fantastic. my girlfriend's parents are ex-bradford residents and quite the curry connoisseurs, so the finishing statement of "that was one of the best curries i've ever had" is all you need to know.
service was attentive without being intrusive with asif and zeeshan the standouts (special mention to asif!) we were never without drinks or food with regular top ups of table water without request. these sound basic but are rarely found and much appreciated.
all in all, the food is brilliant, the service fantastic and the layout and decor of the restaurant gives eastzeast that extra special touch that is well worth the expenditure.
