good bbq, bad potato salad. i really enjoyed the brisket. it's good oklahoma bbq. the potato salad, however, was not good at all. earl's potato salad contains bell pepper. i love bell pepper, but it completely changes the taste of potato salad.

i will definitely eat here again; i just won't order the potato salad!

great flavor.... earl's is my stop for bbq when i get the hankerin' while in bricktown. i love brisket, so i get the chopped and sliced with a side of fried okra. the dry rub flavor is so good i feel guilty adding any sauce. although the flavor is outstanding, the portions seem small in comparison to other bbq joints.

had the chopped brisket, with a side of okra and baked beans. the meat and okra was very good, but the baked beans were forgettable. decent place to eat.

yum. absolutely love the fried okra. the sliced brisket sandwich with the mild bbq sauce is delicious!

thank you very much..... earl's is sort of that "corporate bbq", but still has a good taste. the brisket is very tasty with a good smoky flavor. the sauce is thick and flavorful. the beans are the real killer side here. if you like bbq beans, then definitely try these. you could make a meal out these just by themselves.

delicious. the pulled pork and chopped brisket in both dinner and sandwich form were excellent. doesn't need any sauce, but their sauces are also great and defintly add something. the only sides i've had are the curly fries and the fried okra. i had never had fried okra before my recent trips to earl's, but i'll down 2-3 baskets of these little things every time and the fries are always fresh and perfectly salted.

i had the pulled pork sandwich, fried okera, and baked beans. i think everything was great, a lot of food. enjoyed the sweet sauce.

i liked it. ribs are good...wings...i think they gave me the hot ones by mistake...made me sweat buckets in public once then were mild the next time. they don't want to sell beer tho...walked from the residence yet i was never offered a second beer? maybe they don't make money on beer?

ribs on the road worth the stop. when we travel we like to grab a rib or three and eat them while i drive fast....they have good onion rings and ok ribs...dry rub and tender,,,not much meat...ok beans the wife liked them

baked beans were really good. ribs were only average. sauce was nothing to write home about.

love those burgers!. been to the bricktown location several times as well as the western ave. & edmond. in the past i have had ribs, sausage, brisket, ham, 1/2 chicken (not all at on sitting ... different visits), but it is usually the cheddar burger that gets ordered.

one day a friend and i were talking about how good the burgers are and we called them c0caine-burgers. they are addicting that you want the burger ever time you go.
