it is situated in old manali which has all the cafes. budgeted hotel with the best cafe. food is very good specially the desserts. the staff is very polite and cooperative.

this is a simple way of telling. " over hyped place" the place is well decorated. but no view at all from indoor sitting.
very very highly priced which is not valuable food.
i had nagaland pork curry and rice. didn't even give chips / salad.

we had a pasta and pizza, all the toppings are chargeable as extra, but they're still too raw to be eaten.

i kid you not when i say i had probably the worst of chicken satay and chicken garlic bread ever. they had zero taste with extremely over priced menu and low on quantity. the 2* are only for the ambience. the place is hip, i wish the food could be too! alas.

horrible cafe, bad service, rude manager and staff members, the taste of each and every item is awe full. we ordered mashed potato, chicken wings and american breakfast. chicken wings were raw, mashed potatoes had no butter or cream and breakfast was trash.

first of all, if you are looking for affordable food by looking at 500 for 2. this definitely ain't it. its more of like 500 for one. staff is polite but they are not good at managing stuff. sometimes plates weren't served, sometimes serving spoons and the list goes on but you get the point. alcohol is expensive but it is to be expected from a cafe. if we talk about drinks first, they're average, not worth the money. the food took sooo long to arrive but even when it came, it was good but not upto the mark for such an expensive cafe. sitting is okay but the dogs are allowed to roam around inside the cafe and they also sit on the exacts seats the customers sit on. i love dogs but this is a little unhygienic, having dogs from street allowed in the dining area. there are a lot of other cafes in manali, you can avoid this one if you're looking to eat good and affordable food.

as soon as we entered, there was a dog roaming close to the kitchen area. the waiters were petting the dog before delivering the food. im a dog lover but this is simply unhygenic. there was too much oil in the pasta and i almost puked later. i went there based on instagram recommendations and seems like those are paid advertisements.

went there with such great expectations. but the food was not even good. it was below average. ordered a mixed sauce pasta and it was so sour, had to return it. had no taste at all except for the sourness. 😓 overpriced for the kinda of food it serves. just the ambience is nice.

it was located opposite to my hostel in old manali. one of the most happening places which even had live music. pretty occupied on weekends but the ambiance is better than the most around it

great food, great ambience. love the fact that the cafe is dog friendly. the only qualm is slow service.
a must visit place

after few recommendations and the hype about this place, we visited twice, once we were told no tables available post 8:30 so we came next day for dinner. we arrived at 7:45pm with full vigor and energy, sat there giving our orders. we placed the order by 8:15 pm and it took two and a half hours for them to give food. the people serving and taking orders wouldn't even look at us when we asked about our food.
we were starving and all you get here is cold welcome in reciprocation to the warmth of himachali people.
we lost our temper when it was 10:30 and we still dint get out pizza which apparently went to the wrong table.
post our bad experience with the dinner, i went to speak with the owner, i politely said that i was disappointed in their service to which i get an answer "i dont care" yes an arrogant filthy mouthed lady spoke to me from behind the counter. she said she doesn't bother if we never came back.

wish i could give 0 rating but that is not in the option. staff was so busy that they forgot about our order and on asking after 45min we got an answer: “kisko diya aapne order?” from the same person who took our order😑 we still waited for next 30 min more and barely got our complete order. there was no response from the staff, did not serve water or any cutlery. after waiting for complete 1.5 hours we decided to leave and the funniest part is that staff was so busy that they did not gave us bill for the 2 items we ate. we eventually decided to leave. highly disappointed! because of curfew we couldn’t go to any other restaurant/cafe after that!

i sincerely feel that reviews of this place are not honest at all or maybe paid!
