fabulous food and ambiance!. i absolutely love this restaurant. it is a shame i don't live closer, because i would go all of the time! i wasn't very hungry, but managed to eat a wonderful salad with goat cheese (i think). my husband had some fish tacos that were good as well.

good food, good atmosphere. over a year ago we had a wonderful dinner (thanks jr for the recommendation). atmosphere a bit noisy/cramped, shared tables (old location) was unique, but actually worked perfectly for my wife and me. had it been a larger party, not sure. i had salad with added shrimp, she had one of the nightly specials, and we left extremely pleased. wine well matched with our dinner. we'll go back again soon, at the new location, which urbanspoon needs to update. the arrow currently points to the old location.

over rated!. could not wait to try this place. i was not pleased with the food and service. i've tired it and will never go back again.

so delicious...it's rediculous!!. wow!! how in the world was this magnificent restaurant kept a secret from me for so long? my hubby and i went last month for the first time... we've been dying to go back the minute we walked out the door. this has to be, hands down, some of the best if not the best food i've tasted in cc! don't let this tiny hole in the wall fool you... it's far more than what u expect when u walk in. it's so family oriented and everyone seems to know eachother. staff is super friendly. now to the best part, the food...oh the food. it was absolutely delicious!! that word may actually even be an understatement..in my mind, at least ;). it is a lil pricey but it is well worth it. everything is made from scratch...reminds me so much of my mamma's home cooking! everything is fresh and just wonderful! you must try it! i can't wait to go back!

this place was so good! i definitely recommend it! the drinks from the bar were yummy, the food (we had ny strips, ceasar salad, and man n cheese) was awesome, and our waiter was so incredibly kind! i will def go back in the future

best food in town. they have the best food in town. the tomato basil soup is to die for and a must have. the salad dressings are made in house and the soy honey is my favorite but the mint basil is also very good. the chile relleno is huge, the crab cakes are awesome, the shrimp skews are delectable, something about their french fries set them apart. this is a great place for a special occasion or a place to escape to when you want to feel like you are out of town. try it, you will like it!

cozy little hole in the wall restaurant. food is divine, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. i had the peppercorn ribey with puffed potatoes and vegetables, that was absolutely delicious. the chocolate cake with caramel sauce and chilled poundcake with warm berry sauce was the best i'd ever had! hands down the best hidden restaurant in corpus christi!

lived here for almost 1 year and didn't know about this place. read about the reviews from various sources and checked it out. knowing about the small place it is with few tables, we went there yesterday ( wednesday) about 4:30 thinking we should be early enough to not have a problem in sharing one of the larger tables. luckily, we were able to get 1 of only 4 booths available. 2 were take when we arrived & all were taken by 4:40pm. ok. i chose the pork ossa boca chop which was served about 20 min after order taken. order was served on large round deep bowl. chop was 5 inch not quite round, dark brown carmelized sauce soaked & broke freely from several large bones. literally melted in your mouth. never had anything like this....excellent. sits in a little mash potatos and veggies. place has coca cola products...another plus since i'm a diet coke freak. had fresh spring mix salad before meal=excellent. also chocolate cake for dessert. wife had caesar salad and paid total $50 with tip for total dinner. a bit more expensive than a chili's but this ain't no chili's. a small and quant place but you go for the food bottomline

bad food, worse scene. over the past few years i have pretty much run the gamut of everything on the menu and i've never been impressed by any of it. it's all over priced and mediocre at best.

my disdain for this place is further exaggerated by the fact that zaza (the hotel in which this place is located) plays host to what is probably the lamest social scene in all of dallas. i'm so disgusted by rubbing elbows with some of these people; it makes an enjoyable meal almost impossible (even if the food was good).

good place for lunch or dinner. yummy crabcakes, fun atmosphere.

dinner. my wife and i just finished having dinner. the food was great, the portions large, and the service was fantastic. we will be back. we highly recomend this restaurant.

dragon fly. great place. perhaps hands down the only true restaurant in the corpus christi area and certainly a refreshing change from the pre-packaged flavors all the chains have to offer.

small simple menu to match it's small, cozy atmosphere. fresh food alive with flavor.

feels like your not in corpus!. i just finished eating at his place and i can honestly say that it was the best meal i've have eatin here in corpus. the tastes were so bold and complex, like nothing i've had at any restaurant here. i had the shrimp skewer with the coconut rice and sweet potato plantain. wow is all i can say. it was all so fresh and delectable. 7 shrimp came on the skewer definately enough for leftovers. i am still thinking about the coconut rice! it was simply heavenly. the fried sweet potoato plantain was so rich and sweet.
i also tasted the pork osso bucco...amazing. so tender it flakes from the bone and just melts in your mouth. such rich flavors. the fish tacos with the fruit salsa was also extremely delicious, very simple but so good no extras were needed.
finished it all off with the chocolate cake with caramel sauce. this dessert is truly decadent! the caramel cause is like nothing else, and the cake is so dense and moist with a deep chocolate flavor, do yourself a favor and order this, you will not be dissapointed!
all in all i will definately be returning here soon and verry often!
