the staff is super arrogant. they don’t know how to talk to the customers, more specifically the people who answer the phone on the numbers given on zomato.

excellent eating experience.. from walking in the door and being greeted by employee rishi sharma , seated and drink order taken, was maybe 5 minutes. meal was served hot and excellent taste. server was very friendly and helpful.

30 -40 times i am here, but today experience is  one of the best because of only rishi's service,  god bless u rishi , cheers team downdown

a must go-to-chill with your folks kinda place in sector 29, gurgaon. its in-house wheat beer is one of the best i’ve had in gurgaon so far. good options to try in food, both veg and non-veg; white sauce pasta is a must have. nice ambience also with rooftop seating and courteous staff.

been there along with team and had amazing time there. the best thing which one should try is their crafted beer and good service is just the icing on the top. keep up the good work team downtown.

amazing service by staff specially vinod bisht.. we were very well attended .. the mushroom galouti is a must have for all the vegetarians .. it was the first time we tried it and we was just out of the world .. highly recommended

go for guava cocktail and amazing non veg platter. also everything else is quite delicious as well. good nice vibe to chill and old english classics on most afternoons!

the only thing comes to your mind when you hear downtown is amazing beer. i love the variety they serve there. one of the best breweries in gurgaon. the food is okay though, had pizza and nachos. ambiemce of the place is quite good, recommended for weekend parties.

great service by sabir !! he truly made our stay wonderful. place is great & vibrant. perfect location for. friday/saturday night.

the place has a good vibe and one can comfortably spend couple of hours over drinks and food with friends. crowd is good.service is good, staff is friendly, taste, quality, preparation and presentation is good.
