i had a bad experience with this restaurant.yesterday i ordered a pack of 12 doughnut and got 10 pieces.before the delivery i got a call from restaurant and promised me to deliver 2 doughnuts after some time .i sent location in that number there was no response till now.

all the cups are spoiled and one was completely spoiled and coffee got spilled. delivery person gave refund for the cappuccino coffee but our caramel coffee got spilled. such bad experience.

decided to change the trend of cake cutting for a celebration and got a pack of ufo customized for my parents' anniversary. realized why it was their must try item among the stuffed donuts. the donuts were real yum and finger-licking good. moreover the service was really great when i approached them. all over a fabulous experience👌

worst experience ever. service was extremely poor. we were sitting and were asked to get up and select the donuts, while we were selecting donuts, someother group took our seating, the manager nor the staff refused to ask them to get up and instead offered us the food as the parcel. totally demeaning and irresponsible behaviour from the company. one of the worst customer service i have ever seen.
