decided to try this restaurant based on its previous good reviews. i was very impressed. as a vegetarian couple we were delighted to find an entire section on the menu for vegetarians. rather than the usual replacement of meat with vegetables for a selection of curries, there were numerous paneer cheese dishes on the menu. we ordered onion bhajis, two paneer cheese dishes as well as naan and poppadoms. all very well cooked and tasted delicious.

the decor is gorgeous and decorative. service was fast and efficient. waiters were very friendly and happy to oblige when we asked to take our food home (we ordered way too much!).

location is great as it's city centre, surrounded by pubs for a drink and nearby to croke park.

ordered from this place, food arrived very well packaged and hot. generous portions and generous staff that sent us free poppadoms and naan. their chicken tikka masala is divine. also tried spicy butter prawns, very hot and delicious.

we ordered food from this restaurant last night and we asked them to provide us cutlery and plates as we stayed in a hotel. the manager assured that the cutleries would be included but they missed out, food was below average, prices are reasonable. the breads were very thick and hard.

one of my personal favorites in dublin. have been eating here for the past year and a half. they make dishes spicy if you ask them to. my favorite dish here is the khuna gosht. it's spicy, creamy and has all the flavors to remind me of home.
you can also get good deals of you visit during lunch time. the only issue that i find with this place is that the service is a bit slow at times.

as a first time visitor to dublin, i wondered how the fare would be, turned out to be authentic, with service guys so shy...must visit, we ate three days in a row...as an indian i'll say the pakistanis are very very very helpful while our compatriots (real or theoretical) will just look thru you, lest we ask for some favour...leaves one ashamed!

we ordered paneer kadhai with garlic naan and it tasted excellent. especially paneer is so soft to eat which hints that they are only preparing paneer in the instead of buying from outside.

overall it's worth 5/5 rating...

i stumbled across this place walking home from the cinema - what a find! its interior decor is extremely cool (the chairs in particular are stunningly ornate), and even on a monday evening there was a good crowd, creating a nice vibe. (most of the patrons were young indians/bangaldeshis/pakistanis - an excellent sign!)

first to arrive were a stack of poppadoms, accompanied by the finest array of poppadom condiments ever - the chutney, mint yoghurt and marinated onion standards (all excellent) were joined by an excellent spicy chilli chutney/sauce. superb!

next up, lamb tikka - deliciously tender chargrilled and meaty pieces of baby sheep gorgeousness, with a simple but decent side-salad.

for mains, the chicken balti (ordered ultra-spicy, naturally!) was superb - the quality of the meat was exceptional and it was packed with fresh herbs and spices (i discerned ginger, coriander, chilli flakes, star anise and cumin, and there were more i reckon). the pilau rice was fluffy, fragrant, colourful and massive.

the service was acceptable and the bill which also included a fanta came to just under 19 euros - gift!

can't recommend this place enough - go!, go now!
