i have frequented del frisco's on several occasions, taking clients for lunch. it has been a good experience in the past; however, today is another story. it took over an hour to get our entries from the business lunch menu. the waiter presented quite an attitude when i asked the reason for the delay (to the point my clients were rolling their eyes and seemed concerned as to why i took them to such a low end place). one of my client's meal, a fish dish, was spoiled and inedible (del frisco's did credit the invoice). my meat dish was not to order (dry and over cooked). i talked with the manager outside of my clients presence and conveyed the bad experience. the manager's give a darn meter seemed pegged towards empty. will not go back.
