great sushi and lovely people. daichi is a rare gem in this part of town. the sushi is above average to great and the owners are a lovely, friendly, hard-working couple that deserves great success! i hope you try it out and say hi to tomo - she's great!

great food! loved the happy hour appetizers, especially the tofu in fish sauce and the sashimi plate. service was attentive and food was out super fast!

daichi is a hidden gem located in a strip mall in cedar park. the small family owned and operated restaurant serves an impressive izakaya menu along with wonderful sushi dishes. if you are lucky enough to stop by during lunch while they are serving ramen then you are in for a real treat!

surprisingly good sushi!. i was wary of this tiny sushi in a little strip mall, but decided to risk it based on reviews. our risk paid off, great sushi without having to drive into austin. we'll definitely be coming back.

great sushi. my wife and i love sushi and we've tried a lot of places throughout the austin area and we keep coming back to daichi. we like the cozy atmosphere and the staff is always friendly. in addition to roles, they have some very good authentic dishes as well. highly recommend the king roll!

love this place!. very good sushi and very nice people. we end up trying to go here at least once a month and always talk about trying other things on the menu but never get past the sushi. just an excuse to go back again!

love this place!!!. this is the best japanese restaurant in the austin area! authentic japanese dishes, that you cant find anywhere else, beautiful presentation, wonderful service, great prices. you can't go wrong with anything you order here. gracious and wonderful waitress/hostess. hope she doesn't get tired of us going there so often! great deals on their happy menu! i love this place and won't go anywhere else for japanese food!
