always a good choice. i can not count the number of times i have been to dagwoods and i have never been disappointed. my favorites are the veggie philly and the rachel's reuben. good wings and nachos, too. if you haven't been to dagwoods....go.

subs are excellent, with the rolls baked fresh daily. sub selection is huge. service is great....friendly and fun. decent beer selection. we're local and eat here once (if not more!) a week.

what a great hidden gem!. awesome food and great service. what a great find. the sandwiches are huge so get your appetite in check. the southwestern chicken was awesome as was the lynn swann dipper. definitely don't pass this place up due to its odd exterior or dimly lit interior. great kid friendly at atmosphere with a warm employee feel!

typical sports-bar atmosphere, extensive deli-type menu, very capable service from very engaging people. the food is good, reasonably priced and well-presented. i particularly liked their french fries. in addition to the wall of tv screens, our booth had its own screen that would show only kids' shows. if you have kids, you can let them watch that while you watch whatever you really came in to see.

went there once for drinks after work with friends, and the bartender looked right at us and ignored us! didn't even come over for 10 minutes! she gave us horrible service even had to find someone else to close us out because she was busy taking a shot at the end of the bar... decided to give it another try today and waited almost an hour for 3 sandwiches!! the waitress was rude and you only saw her at the beginning and at the end! never will i go back here, it's sad because they actually have good food and drinks.. but definitely not worth it.

dagwood's is one of our favorite lunch places in myrtle beach. actually surfside. when we have visitors we always take them to dagwood's at least once during their trip. the portion sizes are awesome and you never go away hungry. their ice tea is very. i don't have tv screens at every table and all across the bar. so you can watch your favorite games while you dine. the waitresses are always very pleasant. i recommend this to any local dinner to myrtle beach/surfside area.

best deli and sports bar in sc. outstanding food. sandwichs are a 2 man job to eat !!! fresh bread daily!!! appetizers are homemade. soups are homemade. you don't get that at chain resturants ! atmosphere is awesome and our waitress catherine. was the absolute best ever !!!!

can't beat their meat. make sure you stop at dogwoods for a beer and the brooks brother super sandwich like the one from the cartoons! they have smaller sandwiches but why? i could not begin to tell you all the great sandwiches...you just have to go and pick your fav. they will make anything!

an absolute must try when in the myrtle beach area! incredible unique sandwich choices, blow away the blah tourist trap places everywhere else. checkout the hog pound, or the lynn swan dipper with a side of smokin joe frazier fries. i guarantee you won't leave disappointed!!

yumm! there are so many choices, it is hard to choose! it's a very dark bar/restaurant and i will admit i was very skeptical. but the waitress was very friendly. the sub i got was so good! i'm always looking for a good, cheap, sandwich place. you just can't beat a good sandwich. don't let the dim atmosphere fool you, you have to check this out.
