the best burger place ever. you know a place is good when you taste something awesome and want to recreate it at home but can't seem to succeed.
this place is that good. what's even more awesome is that they can do a burger without the buns for a "paleo" option. the owner is always super excited to see you. that's why this is the awesomest burger place in brisbane.

i would do unforgivable things for some daburger right about now...

they had me at the good wine and good music...and the food was just an extra win. how refreshing it is to encounter an owner with genuine passion for a hospitality business. such a pleasure to dine here. will be spreading the good word. and will be returning. xx

to produce the perfect burger is one thing. to do it everyday, ritualistically, is quite another. without a doubt james and the team have nailed it - da burger is, quite simply, the best burger restaurant in australia.

when i first journeyed to da burger in new farm earlier this year, i was greeted with the essential ingredients of james’ recipe for success: fresh produce assembled with scientific consistency served in a vibrant space filled with colour and atmosphere which patrons are encouraged to engage with.

the menu is diverse yet simple. the meat is premium quality. the produce is fresh. the buns freshly baked. matched with a side of the best dam chips you will ever have and a drink from a range which features your usual suspects alongside some of australia’s premier crafts, this is a eating experience to die for. for me, the josephine hits the nail on the head every time.

more importantly, there is no risk here of your dining experience being ruined by bad service or a dead atmosphere. in fact, the only thing more refreshing that the quality of the burgers is the honesty and energy behind the service. in many ways, james’ passion converts dinner into a truly unique dining experience. the energy which james brings to da burger resonates through the team and the walls - everyone is friendly and the entire restaurant, with its uniquely technicolor walls littered with the artistic musings of patrons, is fun, inviting and very much alive.

i can't understand any of the negative reviews. da burger is heaven on earth. living just across the road, my housemate and i are lucky enough to be able to frequent nirvana at least once a week. james and the team are the most friendly bunch of people you will ever meet, and the food is consistently 10/10. yeah it costs $5 more than some other burger joints. but you don't leave those joints with an ear to ear grin- feeling full, fresh and 100% satisfied.

great tasting, well sized burgers. good atmosphere and service too. takeaway is always nice and the alcohol selection is great for washing down the food!

best burgers in brisbane!. this place haunts my dreams, the flavour that was oh so delicious has stuck in my head and overpowers my concentration. i am addicted. somehow, the delicious flavours that they concoct out of a slab of haloumi are somehow unable to be recreated at home. i am being truly honest when i say that i have never had a better burger. no other burger is constantly tugging at the back of my consciousness, begging me to take the trip to new farm to sample it once more. it's left a lasting impression on me, and all i left in the restaurant was a drawing of a cat on the wall.

i love da’burger and that they are newly sold and still keeping to their mission.
please please get gluten free chips!! the burgers are great but just not the same without sides. i had the da’vine vegan on a gluten free bun and it was good. the bun became very soggy by the time i was finishing which isn’t great. however the taste and texture is better than a lot of places.
would be a regular if they could do the fries too.

what a wonderful surprise. not into burgers but "the cure" was more than generous, flavoursome not saturated in sauces - quite simply delicious

burgers here are pretty good i must say! i got the da’vegan and it was nice having a burger with such simple ingredients because the flavour seemed to come through more. they don’t care to much on fancy presentation but more of the taste which makes them unique.
my friends got some of the beef ones and said that they were pretty good also.
i think this is a great option to go to if not everyone you know is vegan because that way there are yummy burgers for everyone too eat.
the staff were really friendly and the restaurant was super busy which is a great sign you are eating at the right place.
overall a yummy, feel good meal, would go back if i was in the area again.

a business that has a fresh approach to burgers. a business that has a social conscious and gives back to the community. a business that gets good customer service. a business that has the best chips!! do yourself a favour and try the ascot store and order the nelson nasty and grab a cold glass of well poured craft beer! simply put it's 10/10..two thumbs up :-)

hands down best burgers in aus. i have travelled far and wide, and these are the best! the bus stop is pretty much everything i have wanted in a burger.
the staff were keen and provided good service.

wow delicious food and such great customer service. absolutely love how they have vegan options which are super yummy! they are very accomodating to all!

safe to say, best burgers in town! alongside fresh ingredients and cheese, makes it even more tasty. highly recommend the addition of blue cheese, yum! staff are consistently friendly and welcoming :)
