always a great experience. i have eaten here lots in the past 9 months since moving to the area and have always had a great experience. lovely waiting staff and fantastic breakfast food. the best place in cypress for breakfast.

friendly wait staff. real eggs and real thick cut bacon. breakfast was pretty big, so it's probably my last meal today.

the cypress breakfast house is popular in a town with little competition besides luby's, dennys and ihop. waiting lines on a sunday morning are not indicative of the quality of food unless there is something pretty wonderful about a restaurant. in this reviewers opinion cbh is nothing to write home about. the food nor the ambiance will "wow" you. the venue is devoid of any panache. if you're cool with a basic breakfast that'll fill your stomach give them a try but please don't expect anything unique or magical as this place is about as average as it gets.

i had heard nice things about this restaurant. my visit was on a monday morning around 9am, and was seated without any wait. the placed seemed to be very down home, the staff was very friendly and the service was responsive. looking over the menu, the prices looked good (prices similar to the egg and i and another broken egg). the presentation of my breakfast was very good, but my food was just so-so. i felt that my food was bland. based on everything else, i might give them another chance. obviously, i’ll try something else on the menu.

cypress breakfast house is a decent local breakfast joint. nothing fancy, just your basic/average breakfast fair. i would definitely rather go here than a chain restaurant, but the food is nothing spectacular. the place gets packed on weekend mornings so be prepared for a wait.

menu change. i am new to the area, and was excited to find a breakfast place close by. the place is small so sometimes there is a wait. however, the food is good. sadly, soon after i found this place they changed their menu. you can no longer get a waffle with the hearty breakfast. now 1 waffle is a breakfast entree for $6. so if you are wanting bacon and eggs etc., you will have to order that on a seperate entree. value is important to me, so i haven't been back since this change.

fantastic and friendly. this was my first time to visit and i will be a returning customer. the omelet was wonderful and the salsa was fantastic. the waitstaff and manager are friendly and checked on me often. a friendly local place to enjoy breakfast.

service was great. it is very clean in the dining area considering how busy this place stays. the french toast is amazing! it literally tastes like a cinnabon roll. food came out within 15 min. we will definetly be back.

servers are good but same can't be said for food - many better choices around so this won't be on our list to visit again.

this place just open up in june of this year, but it has gain a lot of customer. it is always pack when we're there. the prices are very reasonable, nothing on the menu is over $10 and it comes in big portion. the food is much better than the chain breakfast type restaurant. we have been a regular there since they open, i can see that they really try to improve the quality service. this is our favorite breakfast place.
