i go to cucina every now and then because i work near here and there’s honestly no other food options. every time, i regret it. service is bad- occasionally there is the nice waiter but everyone else treats you like they don’t want to serve you and are genuinely rude. waiting time even for cabinet food (even when it’s quiet) is minimum 10 minutes. food is always such a downbuzz and disappointment especially as it’s so overpriced- always bland. coffee can be a hit or miss. went today again and regretted it again. if you want to go to a decent cafe worth the price, don’t go here :) i gave them a chance a lot but it’s that bad.

been here a few times over the last month and have never felt welcome.
customer service, particularly from the males is unfriendly and cold.
sub standard coffee, just doesn't taste nice.
eggs bene is good when its hot but very scarce on the hollandaise sauce (takeaway) scrolls and scones in the front food display are dry.
the place has an app - if you call them to place a coffee or food order they'll make you feel crap for not having the app but when you do download and order through the app, your order is missing things -
contacted them and asked for a refund on the thing(s) that was missing ....... apparently they are going to call me back but i'm not holding my breath

the cafe is always cold as the staff like the doors open. the breakfast when you get it goes cold quickly when the cafe is cold. i have shut the doors in the past only to have them opened by staff. i was there today after not visiting for a while. this afternoon i had a coffee in the cold and my feet were like ice blocks. i shut one of the doors and the staff member who watched me do it opened it shortly afterwards. i probably won't be back... on the search for a cosy friendly cafe...

quite a disappointment! have been waiting to visit this cafe for some tome. went yesterday. the staff member at the counter appeared disinterested. and when i went to the side table to pick up a fork, she was quite upset that i did not see the small sign on the table that said that staff will get the cutlery. the coffee was ok. the date scone was poor. i do not think i will go back.

hot summers day decided to stop at cucina for lunch. ordered the beef and bacon burger meal.
best burger ive had for a while. service and staff are great. would highly recommend a visit.

eaten breakfast and lunch at cucina.
breakfast was creamy mushrooms, i was so overwhelmed by the amount of mushrooms. it was a full bowl of mushrooms.
lunch i had the southern fried chicken burger, very tasty and the chips were delicious!!!!

we went here on my first wedding anniversary for brunch and holy crap it was amazing!! you really get your money’s worth coz the food is good quantity’s and tastes delicious. the decor environment is modern and welcoming, the staff are super lovely, and the menu/cabinet food is very diverse. coming back for sure!!!
