delicious japanese cuisine !. dohmo arigatoh gozaimasu ! fresh, beautifully presented delicious dishes highlight this cozy, classy, comfortable place. friendly, efficient service was delightful. ambiance was wonderful, relaxed pleasant vibes. music was low key american rock on low volume...perfect! yes, the food was exceptional. amazing attention paid in perfecting the details and execution of each dish. the colors were blended artfully; the flavors fabulous! prices are very reasonable. if you are a newbie to japanese cuisine: try it here. try the best, first! enjoy!

hubby and i stumbled upon this place after walking around cannery row. sashimi was fresh and delicious!

so fresh!. the sashimi here is unbelievably fresh! i go here with my dad often, and the owner is always friendly and telling us about what's new and what we would love. the presentation is beautiful on the rolls, and the atmosphere is very calm.

definitely the tastiest, freshest sushi in town. the volcano roll is amazing... a chefs special us always a delicious surprise!! if i cld afford it i'd eat there 4-5 days a week!

i looked up crystal fish on urbanspoon and with the reviews we had to try it. andy and i were treated warmly as we sat at the shusi bar. this is my favorite shusi place. we sat next to a group of fun people in monterey for an attorney convention. we where there for the at&t golf tournament.

excellent quality, fast service. the "volcano" roll was my favorite, wrapped with salmon and ahi, mmm. very convenent location near cannery row.

this sushi place is awsome, small seating area, but very comfortable. fast service and friendly staff. 10 dollar average per roll, hard to believe for expencive monterey. try the bbq albacore (wow!) and the "firecracker" roll. a+
