i have been debited 812 & zomato has not even delivered my product. they don't have courtesy to refund my money. even after delivery agent has returned the product back to restaurant. is this way zomato performs.. immediately refund my money

very bad pineapple cake, it was filled with only pineapple syrup and cream pasted on vanilla cake ..
either deliver fresh , good quality or just don’t accept the orders during lockdown.

it was too sweet. and the cake layer was soggy . but they followed the note i had given to word the cake which is a positive. thank you.

it was sooo good . u ppl should also buy it . it had chunks of walnut and the chocolate was not even sooo sweet which made the combination of chocolate and walnut sooo good . also since i ordered it online the package and cake came perfectly fine and the cream didn't even spread to the inside of package . so this is a must buy only for 405rs the taste is good . if u love their butterscotch cake try this one too.

good packaging and fast delivery. yummy cake though. just missed on the message on the cake.. ordered 500gms for 400 something last december 2020.

cooking instruction were given in the instructions box the people who check that instruction are literally irresponsible didn't respond what name i wanted in the cake and the wrote the name what they want so pls i suggest u that don't buy cake form crumbz manipal go to the other branches,they are better then manipal crumbz and i suggest people not buy cakes in manipal crumbz near endpoint road, manipal and this is happening second time with me and i will mail it to main branch so u can try make better yourself then other branches
