cozy table restaurant and pancake house

they try to cram so many people into too small of a venue, the parking sucks, and the food is less than mediocre. the servers are nice but stretched way too thin so they barely even get to come to your table.

worst management staff! sunday september 15th, an out of town friend and i were asked to leave rudely. never in my life have i ever been treated like a nuisance. we had breakfast;ie paying customers. the reason for our removal was because we were there too long! management said we were being "disrespectful" because they needed our table. really?! it's called a wait for a reason. i use to be a frequent guest, but not anymore. it was embarrassing and uncalled for! p.s..the food was cold too!

this establishment is a pathetic excuse for a restaurant. during my visit i received my food and it was cold. i am not a picky person but i do expect my food to be warm when it arrives at my table. the food is also very mediocre and has no flavor. the problems with the food does not compare to the problems with their customer service. a manager told my friend and i to leave after we were done eating because they wanted our table. she very rudely told us it was not fair to the server among other things. which i have worked in plenty of restaurants and if i sit at a table for longer than expected i will compensate the server for that. when i was paying she ripped my receipt out of my hands before i could even write a tip or total down. it was the worst i have ever been treated at a restaurant! so if getting cold nasty food and being treated like an child is your thing than head on down to the cozy table!

skip the lunch and dinner. never had a bad breakfast but sunday lunch with family was a disaster. in short, drive the couple extra miles for cloverleaf unless you like burned fries, bland bacon, bland meatloaf...side salad and pancake were good but that's it!

large portions. fried mushrooms tasty and hot. crepes served with partially thawed strawberries. broccoli creme soup served tepid with lumps of soup "skin" .

great place!. my son, daughter and myself had lunch at the cozy table. i had the blt club and my adult children had the gyro pita plate. we all loved the food hands down. i will say the portions were large but that just left us food for another lunch with our take outs. the vegetable beef soup was definitely homemade and delicious. the gyro meat was very tasty and tender, the blt delicious and their fries and onion rings were perfect. wish we lived closer, we would be regular customers!

like it. i ate there when it was the cloverleaf, and wasn't sure what to expect when the cozy table took over. but the food has been good, the prices reasonable, and the staff friendly, and very accommodating to my 84 year old mother. if you like diner food this is your place. but unlike some diners it has healthy options as well

the waffles are great and the omlets were amazing! the staff were all very friendly! make sure to come on the earlier side so you won't have to wait for a table. all in all it was a wonderful experience with great food and great service! i will definetly be back!

great service and food! best breakfast i ever had! the pancakes are super sweet, i could eat them all dy!

just okay. my eggs were ordered over-easy, but were over-hard. the pancakes were just so-so. my husband did not eat his bacon. how can you mess up bacon?
at least they tried, but not as good as the other reviews say.

not nearly as cozy as i expected. but you can get pretty much whatever you want for really cheap. if i could have i would have voted "i think it's alright."

oh gosh - it's all good. we've never,ever had anything that we didn't like & the prices are likely the best in bloomington.

great food. i love this restaurant, the food is great and the prices are very reasonable. and the pie is fantastic!
